About Cloo

The SaaS industry is generating $ 220 billion revenue / year and expected to triple in size by the end of the decade. We’re predicting a world where businesses are more dependent on software and AI products than ever. Yet, choosing the right combination of tools is frustrating, painful and time consuming. Its a bit like ordering a taxi before Uber existed. Cloo was founded early in 2024 and is backed by venture capital from Inovo VC (Polands leading startup investor), a global collective of angel investors as well as the two adventurous founders: Michał and Tymon.

Michał worked in product and operations roles in fast-growing companies in London and New York and has also been a business consultant at an elite consultancy Bain & Company. Michał has led many software buying projects, from critical financial software to everyday productivity tools. When he's not working, he loves to hike and ski in the mountains.

Tymon is a seasoned CTO who loves finding the perfect tools for any task. He recently headed up the tech department at Batmaid, a well-known Swiss company, where he managed about 60 software purchases, including customer experience and HR software, plus various developer tools. When he's not deep into tech, Tymon is out windsurfing on waves or cycling.

About the job

Location: Warsaw / Hybrid (WeWork Hotel Europejski)

Job Type: B2B contract in USD or PLN

Compensation: Competitive, with a very substantial stock option component (worth tens of thousands of dollars at the current valuation with very significant upside opportunity)

The role is primarily focused around growth: making sure that customers visit Cloo.ai. The secondary aspect is understanding software categories and making sure that our recommendations are meaningful.

It has strategic aspects (What’s our optimal marketing channel mix? What content do we write?), but you’ll also have to get your hands dirty, for example actually write the content or run email outreach.
