Gralio is an AI Process Intelligence and Automation platform. We replace what used to take a team of top-tier management consultants — process documentation, efficiency analysis, automation design — with AI that works in minutes instead of weeks. Our tech captures the messy, human side of work that traditional tools completely miss: the copy-paste between systems, the manual workarounds, the tribal knowledge that lives in people's heads.

We're right in the middle of the AI revolution, and our ambitions are massive. The founding team brings experience from Bain & Company, fintech product leadership, and deep technical AI expertise. We're building something that fundamentally changes how companies understand and improve their operations.

The Role

We're looking for a sharp, resourceful junior person to work directly with the CEO on go-to-market execution and general founder support. This is a part-time role with real ownership from day one.

Immediate priorities:

• Outreach campaigns — set up, run, and iterate on LinkedIn and cold email sequences. You'll own the mechanics and help refine messaging based on what works.
• Lead identification & scoring — research prospects, build target lists, and develop a systematic approach to qualifying inbound and outbound leads.
• Content for the AI era — help produce content optimized for answer engines (think AI search, not just Google SEO). This is a new playbook and you'll be learning it alongside us.
• Competitive & comparative analysis — research the landscape, understand how we stack up, and help us articulate our differentiation clearly.

Going forward: anything that needs doing to support the founders and accelerate growth. As Gralio scales, so will your role and responsibilities. But the honest expectation upfront: the first chapter is go-to-market, and you should be excited about that.

Who You Are

You have roughly two years of professional experience under your belt — enough to know how to get things done without hand-holding.

Beyond that, three things matter most:

• Intellectually curious and rigorous. You can get detailed with automated GTM systems — outreach tooling, sequencing logic, CRM workflows — and genuinely enjoy optimizing the machinery, not just running it.
• Willingness to get technical. You don't need to be an engineer, but you're not intimidated by APIs, data, or learning a new tool over a weekend. Interest and aptitude matter more than credentials here.
• Massive hunger. You want to be indispensable to an early team at a future unicorn.
